- Superior Court and probate files: use the Pierce County Clerk of Superior Court.

Washington's Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW, does not require an agency to create a new record. Include the department, record type, subject or address, and a useful date range. The county's published research sources did not provide one stable street address, phone number, and hours set for the central request portal, so the live official page is the safest contact point.
